Delivery Shipments and returns Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 24–72 business hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via the carrier available for the destination; tracking and signature depend on the selected carrier. If you require a signature or special delivery, please contact info@lcvgimeno.es before ordering to confirm availability and any additional cost. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Carrier transit for Spain peninsula is 1–3 business days after preparation; made-to-order item lead times remain as stated on each product.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. The automatic service for Spain peninsula has a fixed total shipping fee of EUR 5.90, with no free-shipping threshold. For other destinations please contact info@lcvgimeno.es before ordering. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
